Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

At StretchLab San Antonio, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships, while also providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect potential members through various channels, including community events, outreach campaigns, and local community partnerships.
  • Conduct consultations with individuals interested in our stretching services, understanding their goals and recommending suitable membership options.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of regular stretching and our membership packages to inspire potential members to join.
  • Book and perform introductory stretches, leading to membership conversion.
  • Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close membership sales.
  • Follow up with prospects through our CRM software to maintain engagement and drive conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Degree or certification in kinesiology or personal training.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential members.
  • Strong achievement drive, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with a smaller team, clients, and the general public.
  • Computer proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Suite, Canva, Google Business Suite, and CRM studio software.
  • Adaptability, with the ability to excel in a smaller, more intimate environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
