We are seeking a skilled Corporate Travel Agent to join our dynamic team at AAA Club Alliance, Inc.

About the Role

This is a fully remote role that requires expertise in SABRE GDS and prior experience in Corporate Travel. As a Corporate Travel Agent, you will manage domestic travel arrangements for clients, ensuring cost efficiency and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book domestic reservations for air travel, hotel, and car rentals.
  • Respond to requests for domestic and international price quotations.
  • Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies.
  • Maintain professional client relations through prompt and accurate communication.
  • Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs.
  • Achieve individual and contractual service level goals.
  • Manage client profiles and manage special requests.
  • Monitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues to maintain quality control.
