Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee the successful completion of our commercial tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise and direct construction crews and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify that work meets or exceeds quality and safety standards, identifying potential issues before they arise.
  • Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track, ensuring seamless communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (up to $5M)
  • Commercial experience required- 5+ years experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Commercial construction superintendent
  • Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary
