Job Summary:
Csi Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Retail/Commercial Ground-Up/New Construction projects in Denver. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to project closeout. You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
