Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager

Our client, a reputable Commercial Construction General Contracting firm, is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join their team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in the management of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Prepare and maintain meeting agendas and minutes
- Manage construction drawings and provide marketing assistance as needed
- Assist with subcontract and schedule administration
- Monitor and document project progress, including photos and inspection reports
- Participate in the job closeout process and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist with budgeting and cost control, ensuring accurate quantities and cost projections
- Collaborate with the project team to create and manage subcontract agreements and purchase orders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial construction projects or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Attention to detail and a drive to build great projects
