Position Overview
This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive technical assistance to end users, both in-person and remotely.
  • Effectively manage and resolve level 1-3 support tickets.
  • Support and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
  • Administer and resolve issues related to O365, including Outlook, Teams, and printing services.
  • Assist with hardware and infrastructure support, including VoIP phones, printers, and conference room technology.
  • Manage and support Active Directory tasks such as user creation and password resets.
  • Utilize expertise in Azure for tasks related to Azure AD, Virtual Desktops, and SSO management.
  • Provide network support, including troubleshooting and configuration of LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, and routers/switches.
  • Utilize endpoint management tools effectively.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support.
  • Proficient in managing Windows operating systems and software.
  • Experience with Azure services, including Azure AD and Virtual Desktops.
  • Strong background in network support and configuration.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management solutions.
