About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect Professional to join our team at MVP Health Care. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by driving business innovation and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business architecture deliverables, views, and viewpoints to drive strategic themes and value streams.
  • Collaborate with MVP leadership and stakeholders to craft recommendations that achieve targeted business outcomes and capitalize on relevant business disruptions.
  • Synthesize and synergize work across assigned strategic themes and value streams, including strategy development, business analysis, process management, and systems analysis.
  • Ensure design integrity and alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards, working in concert with business and technology partners.
  • Foster collaboration among stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and clients, to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience in business, information-technology, engineering, or a related study.
  • 5 years proven experience with Business Architecture tools and processes.
  • Understanding of healthcare payer business processes and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and present project proposals and design concepts.
