Your Team and Your Contribution
As a Senior Staff Engineer in Hardware Design at Marvell, you will be an integral member of the Central Engineering team, which serves as the focal point for Intellectual Property (IP) in Automotive, Storage, Security, and Networking domains.
In this position, you will collaborate with a team of engineers specializing in third-party IP to integrate subcontracted IP into the Marvell ecosystem.
What You Will Experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to architect memory interface cores tailored for diverse applications.
- Oversee all phases of System on Chip (SoC) development and liaise with IP vendors to fulfill client specifications.
- Support sales initiatives by engaging with leading IP providers to secure project bids.
- Provide guidance on core integration into bespoke silicon designs and facilitate joint evaluation sessions.
- Occasional travel may be necessary for post-silicon validation at client locations.
Qualifications We Seek
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, accompanied by 7+ years of professional experience.
- Expertise in DDR interface technologies and ASIC design methodologies.
- Proven project management capabilities and familiarity with Design for Test (DFT) principles.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in customer relationship management.
Compensation Overview
The initial base salary is determined by individual skills, experience, and prevailing market conditions.
