About the Role

Fives is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Warren, MI. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, confidential files, and reports
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve day-to-day tasks and processes
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve seamless operations and business goals
  • Provide administrative support for UAW required reporting and posting
  • Manage departmental computers and printers, resolving IT issues and maintaining hardware
  • Support HR with badge and parking tag needs, as well as health and safety planning
  • Coordinate meetings, tours, and offboarding processes for departmental employees
  • Maintain uniform processes and TMaCS/Fab Request Program masters
Requirements
  • Office management experience, preferably in a dealership or medical office setting
  • OSHA knowledge and UAW health & safety experience is a plus
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Workday, Kronos, TMaCS, SharePoint, Shared Drives, D2 Archive, and eSAP
  • Associates degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
