About the Role

Affirma, LLC is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Marketing Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting a variety of marketing efforts for a wide range of organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop full funnel marketing strategies, looking left to right across a variety of digital tactics to create a holistic approach to help clients reach their goals.
  • Manage assigned customer accounts, including identifying client marketing needs, identifying gaps as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies focused on client and channel KPIs.
  • Develop end-to-end marketing plans including measurable objectives, strategies, tactics, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate and work with the implementation team to guide high-level marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competition and industry trends to provide suggestions for improvement as well as identify potential cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Create inbound marketing plans and determine which digital tactics are needed.
  • Liaise with the other Digital business units and team members, such as content, creative, and video to further optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing.
  • Identify areas of growth for clients and help to communicate the potential business impacts.
  • Stay up to date with digital technologies developments.
  • Gather business requirements and goals from clients in order to translate into the marketing plan as well as translate to the relevant implementation teams.
  • Deliver executive level insights across portfolio of engagements.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience liaising with multiple stakeholders or clients.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing best practices, strategies, and familiarity with a variety of marketing platforms and tactics including: Marketing Automation/Technology Platforms, such as HubSpot, Pardot and Marketo. SEM/SEO/PPC. Agile Marketing. Social Media Marketing. Content Marketing.
  • Significant experience executing marketing conversations at an Executive level
  • Experience with full funnel marketing audits and gap analysis
  • Analytical capabilities to measure and report on effectiveness of campaigns and make informed decisions based on data
  • Confidence to drive conversations with stakeholders, as well as to support your recommendations
  • Highly proficient in English (speaking and writing)
  • Excellent skills on all Office products including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking, skilled at brainstorming and bringing in creative approaches
  • Understanding of people and how they interact with digital media
  • Experience providing well documented findings and insights to leadership teams
Nice-to-Haves
  • Degree in marketing, communications, PR, advertising, business management or related fields
  • Experience working directly with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo and/or others
  • Experience in implementing digital marketing tactics, such as social media, paid ads, email, and SEO
  • Agency or consulting experience preferred
  • The Adobe Suite
  • Project management experience, seeing a project from end to end
