In this position, you will serve as the primary representative for our company, assisting clients with inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process orders and quotes by entering catalog details, pricing, and terms into our system.
  • Respond to inquiries about shipping and delivery timelines, order modifications, and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complex customer complaints that require reimbursement, repair, or replacement, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, records, and correspondence related to customer orders and complaints, including follow-up reports on open quotations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in customer service (2+ years).
  • Typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Experience in comprehensive account management is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and relevant software applications.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
