Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring their queries are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding incorrect or delayed shipments, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the office staff, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on customer issues and resolutions.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Experience: Experience in call center, ordering and logistics, customer service, and general office is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Technical: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and other software as required.
- Leadership: Leadership, ethical conduct, and diversity/inclusion skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Analysis and problem-solving ability, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Personal Effectiveness: Personal effectiveness and credibility, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Computer Skills: Ability to use a computer and headset, with basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
O&H Danish Bakery is a food manufacturing facility that processes major allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, and sesame seeds. The incumbent must be able to work in an office environment with minimal hazards and be able to work extended hours during peak periods, including weekends and holidays.
