Your responsibilities are vital in:

  • Comprehensive talent acquisition (both passive and active recruitment)
  • Advising on hiring strategies (working alongside HR professionals and Hiring teams)
  • Continuous improvement and enhancement of our recruitment processes

Your Impact Will Be Notable By:

  • Managing your time and deliverables with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Serving as a talent advisor to propose effective hiring methodologies
  • Overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes including Intake and Advisement Meetings, Targeted Recruiting, Candidate Funnel Management, and more
  • Identifying candidates through various channels and cultivating a diverse talent pool
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition initiatives and recommending enhancements for recruitment practices
  • Building strong internal relationships with TA colleagues, HR, Total Rewards, and business units

Qualifications You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree; industry certifications are advantageous
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment, particularly in Engineering or Technical roles
  • Proficiency in passive sourcing and ATS management (Workday preferred)
  • Flexibility for occasional meetings across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the optical, lasers, photonics, or semiconductor sectors
  • Recruitment experience outside the United States, particularly in Canada or Mexico
  • Ability to manage both high-volume and specialized hiring relationships
  • Strong communication and decision-making capabilities in recruitment
  • Familiarity with Talent Intelligence or Labor Market tools

Compensation and Benefits Overview:

Salary Range: $78,000 per year. The range is contingent on qualifications, experience, and operational requirements. Starting at the upper end of the range is not typical.

Bonus Structure: Eligible for an annual bonus as determined by MKS
