Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Sales Representative to join our team. As a Logistics Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize CRM software to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and conditions to offer competitive solutions to customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, integrity, and results-oriented mindset.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of sales or account management experience in the logistics industry, preferably with a transportation or shipping company.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong time management and organizational skills, confident decision-making skills, and ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
