Position Overview:

The role of a Customer Support Specialist involves:

1. Collaborating with team members to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

2. Engaging with coworkers, clients, and visitors to meet service requirements effectively, ensuring seamless communication between all parties.

3. Enhancing client satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and suggesting additional services offered by Signature.

4. Responding efficiently to questions and concerns from vendors, clients, and team members.

5. Accurately processing transactions and purchases in line with company protocols.

6. Maintaining an updated knowledge of Signature's services, facilities, and surrounding areas to assist clients effectively.

7. Restocking complimentary refreshments and supplies as per facility standards.

8. Upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards through regular inspections and corrective actions as necessary.

9. Offering a range of concierge services, including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and catering requests.

10. Assisting pilots with access to vital airport and weather information.

11. Helping visitors with their luggage both inside the facility and outside to the aircraft.

12. Performing aircraft marshalling duties and assisting line service staff as required.

13. Following emergency response protocols during critical situations.

14. Proposing enhancements to company standards and procedures to management.

15. Demonstrating a positive demeanor and courtesy to all individuals at all times.

16. Understanding and enforcing security protocols as mandated by the company and airport regulations.

17. Maintaining accurate records of work hours and services rendered.

18. Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.

1. Consistent and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts, which may include nights and weekends.

2. Ability to comprehend and adhere to all company policies and relevant regulations.

3. Clear communication in English, both verbally and in writing, across various platforms.

4. Proficient operation of multi-line telephones and adherence to company greeting protocols.

5. Capability to drive company vehicles as needed.

6. Awareness of cybersecurity practices to safeguard company information.

7. Proactively anticipating client needs and addressing safety concerns.

8. Competence in computer operations and willingness to learn new software.

9. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

10. Capacity to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

11. Skill in prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.

12. Physical ability to lift moderate weights as required.

13. Ability to read and interpret small print.

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent.

2. A minimum age of 18 years.

3. A valid driver's license.

4. A professional appearance.

5. The ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

6. Successful completion of training programs.

7. Proficiency in using computers and email.

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

9. Flexibility to work varied schedules and adapt to different weather conditions.

10. Basic arithmetic skills.

11. Preferred experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service.

12. Preferred knowledge of radio communication protocols.
