Job Title: Intervention Specialist

Centurion Forensic Health Services is seeking a full-time Intervention Specialist to join our team at the New Haven Alternative in the Community office in Connecticut. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and facilitating group sessions, enhancing client ability in problem-solving, and maintaining documentation and data tracking.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and plan group sessions using curriculum-based interventions
  • Facilitate group dynamics and enhance client ability in problem-solving
  • Maintain all aspects of documentation and data tracking
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in social services, criminal justice, or related field
  • 3 years' experience in social services, criminal justice, or related field
  • Experience with individual and group facilitation and group dynamics
  • Strong communication and engagement skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
