About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure the timely completion of contracted services, maintain a high level of safety and quality standards, and oversee inventory management and equipment maintenance.
  • Financial Expertise: Analyze budgets to identify areas for cost savings and operational improvement, work to meet budgeted goals, and contribute to expanding into new markets.
  • Strategic Planning and Communication: Coordinate program specifications and contract requirements, prepare and maintain comprehensive reports, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Assume a leadership role when required, foster a positive team environment, and provide valuable feedback to team members.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service, meet and exceed customer expectations, and elevate customer advocacy.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in an expedited training program, drive your own learning plan, and secure a position at one of our prestigious accounts upon completion.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2-4 years of related experience and/or training in facility management.
  • 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Active/Transferable DoD TS Clearance preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

$140,000 - $150,000 per year, variable shifts, flexibility needed.
