Claims Operations Analyst

Position Overview:

Are you meticulous and possess a strong focus on accuracy? As a Claims Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the meticulous processing of insurance claims.

This position offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your precision will significantly contribute to our operations.

Remote Work: You will have the flexibility to work remotely after completing the training program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that claims are processed in alignment with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Examine documentation, including photographs of damaged property and insurance policies, to ensure compliance with established agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in document review.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required.
  • No prior call center experience is necessary.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

Schedule: Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Training Location: Training will be conducted in a designated location before transitioning to remote work.
