Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Trainer/Auditor in Commercial Auto Claims at Superior Risk Management. The role involves conducting quality audits, developing and delivering training programs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Quality Trainer/Auditor will work to improve claims handling efficiency and accuracy through training and quality assurance processes.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit

  • Performs desk and file inspections of minor to moderate level complexity commercial auto claims completed by each business unit to review the handling and settlement of all aspects of the claim including accuracy of coverage decisions, loss , quality of file documentation, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and complete accurate and timely reports for tracking claim accuracy.
  •  Assist in coaching to Claims team members in an effective manner to improve their performance.
  • Participate in special events and audits as needed
  • Conduct calibration discussions with supervisors to ensure the Claims Department has consistency in understanding of file handling expectations
  • Respond to claim’s leadership questions and inquiries in a timely manner concerning claim file audits.


Training

  • Train all new-hires on claims system, processes and business unit operating standards.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for the Claim's department staff and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Identify, develop and conduct appropriate training programs, including selecting and designing appropriate training aids.
  • Provide feedback on revisions to policy and procedures and work process development.


  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of training experience, preferably in Commercial Auto Claims (PD, Bodily injury and Litigation)
