Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Security Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Services team at Charles Schwab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing Access Certification control to ensure that Schwab Cybersecurity risks are managed appropriately.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, including Provisioning/De-provisioning, Directory, Highly Privileged Accounts, Access Governance, Single Sign On, Analytics, API Management, and certifications.

You will work closely with our IAM policy guidelines to maintain controls based on Access certification and SOD Conflict frameworks. Additionally, you will ensure that IAM Access Certification framework processes are managed and measured, providing evidence for audit obligation and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead administration and support of user access certification campaigns with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) product and SailPoint Identity IQ suites.
  • Coordinate and track the completeness of user access certification campaigns.
  • Design, document, and implement custom certifications and provisioning workflows.
  • Drive the implementation of Access certification and SOD Controls across Schwab business applications.
  • Build and support advanced data visualization using various data analytics tools.
  • Assist in planning certification campaigns per policy requirements.
  • Assist in the identification of service accounts, roles, and entitlements requiring certification.
  • Escalate non-adherence to applicable Security Controls, Policies, and Standards to applicable authorities, including ISRM.
  • Identify and implement value-enabling activities to be automated within IAM processes.
  • Help implement product enhancements and work collaboratively with IAM teams to develop a roadmap.
  • Work with application, database, and infrastructure teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date certification files.
  • Leverage expertise in Bean Shell, Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages for the customization and development of IAM systems and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the disciplines of information security.
  • Subject matter expert in the IAM space.
  • Experience with data visualization using various data analytics tools.
  • Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements/laws, such as PCI, FFIEC, GLBA, SOX, etc.
  • Working knowledge of the regulatory environment that financial institutions must operate within.
  • Experience in information security, technology, business requirements gathering, and reporting in a financial service setting.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences, both oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong initiative; self-starter; self-directed; ability to multi-task.
  • Delivering quality and striving for continual improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) product and SailPoint Identity IQ suites.
