This company is seeking a skilled professional focused on supporting sales and marketing initiatives through insightful financial analysis and strategic decision-making. As a key member of the finance team, you will collaborate closely with the accounting department and report to the Financial Analysis Manager.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Gross to Net (GTN) landing models and update GTN databases for scenario planning and accruals.
  • Provide real-time insights on key program performance by analyzing indirect sales and free goods/samples consumption.
  • Conduct post-mortem analysis on marketing campaigns, sharing actual results on margin/liability and relevant KPIs with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain the product margin simulation tool for profitability assessment and sensitivity analysis.
  • Assist in consolidating P&L margins using corporate financial modeling tools.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting, financial analysis, and strategic insights to drive sales and margin growth, supporting core sales and marketing activities.
  • Lead monthly spending reviews for commercial and non-commercial teams, tracking operating expenses against company expectations.
  • Conduct monthly OPEX reviews, identify variance drivers, and monitor trends.
  • Publish reliable OPEX reports and validate data for planning scenario uploads.
  • Enhance expense tracking and monitoring, ensuring alignment with company targets and excellence in execution.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team on managing planning cycles for the North America organization.
  • Provide support to budget contributors in developing expense and sales projections.
  • Support revenue data modeling processes and ensure timely submissions of reporting packages.
  • Prepare analysis and presentations to review budget and estimate assumptions with senior leadership.
  • Ensure efficient planning cycles with realistic and supported plans, meeting timely deliverables and expectations.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Finance
  • 3 years of finance experience
  • Strong financial modeling proficiency.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills, particularly in designing sales and marketing dashboards.
  • Proficient in computational and spreadsheet skills.
