Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Press Room Management: Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve setup times, ensuring optimal press performance.
  • Production Coordination: Review and coordinate corrections to sales estimates, production estimates, and work instructions to minimize errors before the scheduled print date.
  • Floor Leadership: Conduct regular audits, hold employees accountable, and drive process improvements to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Operational Management: Continuously monitor and improve safety and 6S practices, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of leadership experience in a flexographic printing environment, with a minimum of 5 years of flexographic printing experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and techniques, as well as quality systems and standards.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and ability to learn specialized software programs (Label Traxx).
