Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator

Imprimus Labels and Packaging is seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels and packaging materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flexographic printing, with experience operating complex presses and managing production workflows. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels and packaging materials
  • Manage production workflows and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure smooth production operations
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on presses and equipment
  • Meet quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in flexographic printing and press operation
  • Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes and press maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
