Compensation, Benefits, and Advantages of Nursing Unit Supervisor (LPN or RN):

  • Competitive Salary Based on Experience
  • Paid Time Off (PTO+) accrued after 30 days of employment; earn additional PTO as you continue to work (full-time only)

Key Responsibilities of Nursing Unit Supervisor (LPN or RN):

  • Demonstrate high motivation and assist in all nursing functions
  • Deliver services that surpass company and regulatory standards
  • Initiate and lead personalized nursing care plans
  • Evaluate and document the resident's condition and nursing requirements
  • Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly
  • Delegate nursing care to team members based on residents' needs and staff qualifications
  • Administer medications as prescribed
  • Initiate IVs and conduct treatments for assigned residents
  • Document treatments as required
  • Ensure economical use of supplies and maintain equipment in a safe manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Nursing Unit Supervisor (LPN or RN):

  • Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN School of Nursing
  • Preferred one year of nursing experience
  • Valid RN or LPN license for the state of Missouri is mandatory
  • Current CPR certification
  • Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills with residents, their families, and all organizational levels
  • Ability to respond decisively and quickly in emergency situations
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Knowledge of training methods for clinical staff
