Compensation, Benefits, and Advantages of the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator:

Key Responsibilities of the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize center occupancy, ensuring a streamlined admissions process available 24/7 while maintaining high resident satisfaction.
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the center's short- and long-term objectives.
  • Represent the center positively when engaging with referral sources, business leaders, healthcare professionals, the community, and media; build collaborative relationships with referral sources.
  • Conduct tours for prospective residents and their families.
  • Manage resident referrals and track daily activities.
  • Reach out to families of potential residents to invite them for tours of the center.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication to ensure a smooth transition for patients from acute care to post-acute care; assist with admission arrangements and confirmations.
  • Inform referral sources, residents, and families about admission requirements as set by the center and health maintenance organizations.
  • Prepare admission and sales materials.
  • Provide center information and follow up as necessary.
  • Enhance public relations for the center within the community and among other healthcare providers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with referring community agencies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred; a combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing and long-term care is preferred.
  • Candidates must have a working email address and phone number for communication.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
