Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and donation area.
- Assist with sales and inventory management, including receiving and processing donations, pricing and merchandising items, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
