About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Furnace Technician to join our team at ATI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our furnaces and heat treatment equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform furnace adjustments, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thermocouple hook-up, calibrations, and furnace certification to ensure accurate temperature control.
  • Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including die heaters, ovens, and pushers.
  • Adjust, calibrate, and repair combustion equipment and related systems.
  • Light furnaces and make proper adjustments for uniformity.
  • Perform bench work and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with controllers, indicators, meters, and other equipment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Good work ethic and attention to detail.
