Sanitation Programs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Programs Manager to join our team at Campbell Soup Company. As a key member of our Quality and Food Safety Programs, you will be responsible for ensuring that our sanitation standards are in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Sanitation Auditor Team to ensure that all production equipment and facilities are in a sanitary condition prior to being placed into service.
- Coordinate regular auditing of facility, GMP, and safety standards and take appropriate corrective action when needed.
- Work closely with the Quality Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement of sanitation performance.
- Act as a liaison with USDA Inspectors regarding sanitation related non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
- Provide support to overall key Food Safety/Quality program efforts such as SQF certification audits, internal GAP assessment audits, campus verification/validation activities, Master Sanitation Plan, HACCP program, and Food Security initiatives.
- High school diploma; GED
- 5+ years of sanitation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years related food industry experience; Sanitation training/education
- HACCP, FSMA (PCQI) and Better Process Control School certified
- Experience in a USDA facility
- SQF Audit experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient knowledge of KPI's and data analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of plant staff
- Effective presentation and training skills
- The working environment includes both office and plant floor settings.
- Exposure to industrial noise, forklift traffic, moving mechanical parts, and temperature extremes occur in operating areas of the plants.
- Ability to move in and around equipment to include use of stairs and ladders.
- Travel estimated at 5% or less.
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $85,900-$140,800. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
