We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Programs Manager to join our team at Campbell Soup Company. As a key member of our Quality and Food Safety Programs, you will be responsible for ensuring that our sanitation standards are in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Sanitation Auditor Team to ensure that all production equipment and facilities are in a sanitary condition prior to being placed into service.
- Coordinate regular auditing of facility, GMP, and safety standards, and take appropriate corrective action when needed.
- Work closely with the Quality Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement of sanitation performance.
- Act as a liaison with USDA Inspectors regarding sanitation-related non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
- Provide support to overall key Food Safety/Quality program efforts, including SQF certification audits, internal GAP assessment audits, and Master Sanitation Plan.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year BS degree preferred.
- 5+ years of sanitation experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on food safety and quality.
- HACCP, FSMA (PCQI), and Better Process Control School certified preferred.
- Experience in a USDA facility and SQF Audit experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient knowledge of KPIs and data analysis, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
The working environment includes both office and plant floor settings, with exposure to industrial noise, forklift traffic, and temperature extremes. Ability to move in and around equipment, including use of stairs and ladders. Travel estimated at 5% or less.
Compensation and BenefitsThe target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $72,900-$117,300. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
