Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Launch Manager to join our team. As a Launch Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the successful launch of new programs in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Assign and manage responsibilities for employees and outside resources (vendors) involved in the program launch.
- Monitor and adjust program plans as needed, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Provide regular updates to Program Management and Plant Management on progress, issues, or corrective actions.
- Support the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and partner with the Quality team to drive Process Validation activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering in an automotive environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Concepts and Principles highly desirable.
- Self-directed, customer-focused, and results-driven individual with superior organizational and communication skills.
