About the Role

The Wendy's Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Area Operations to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and programs.
  • Represent the company in community affairs and participate in local business organizations.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience as a District Manager in the restaurant industry.
  • College degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
