Job Title: Collision General Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision General Manager to lead our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. You will also be responsible for recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring current financial performance metrics, and reviewing previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards. * Develop and implement strategies to improve center performance, including increasing production, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives. * Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, diversity, and inclusion. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in collision management or a related field. * Advanced understanding of collision estimatics and prior experience with CCC1. * Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers. * Ability to do consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
