Collision General Manager Job Summary

Caliber Collision Centers has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee the overall operation of our center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring current financial performance metrics, and reviewing previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.
  • Monitor and analyze current financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates to drive business growth and success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production, client satisfaction, and teammate engagement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in collision management or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy.
