Job Summary:
Carolinas Collision Center of Charlotte is seeking a skilled and organized Automotive Parts Coordinator to manage the inventory, procurement, and distribution of parts and supplies within the organization.

This role ensures that all parts are available, properly stored, and accurately documented to support the operational needs of the company.

Automotive Parts Coordinator Responsibilities:

Pulling parts from the warehouse or the inventory room and bringing them to the service area.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of parts transactions, including sales, returns, and warranty claims.

Verify quantities and document any discrepancies.

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Coordinate with carriers and ensure timely dispatch of outgoing shipments.

Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.

Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize turnover.

Monitor expenses, control costs, and maximize profitability.


Automotive Parts Coordinator Requirements:

Proven experience as a parts coordinator, inventory manager, or similar role preferred.

Strong knowledge of automotive parts, including makes, models, and compatibility.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic parts catalog software.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling transactions and inventory management.

Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as automotive parts and accessories.

Must pass pre-employment background screenings.
