Customer Service Coordinator Job Description

The Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success of ESPRIT by providing exceptional customer service and support. This position collaborates closely with the sales and technical support teams to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and input support incidents into the internal system for efficient routing to technical support.
  • Coordinate schedules for support staff to ensure optimal coverage and response times.
  • Assist customers with account and licensing issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Interface with other departments to gather information and communicate it clearly to stakeholders.
  • Manage the front office for the Camarillo office, including mail, packages, and general office tasks.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent telephone manner, follow-through, and questioning skills.
  • Confidence, professionalism, and strong customer service and telephone skills.
  • Ability to work positively in a team, supporting group goals and overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
