Key Responsibilities
This role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers leave our facilities satisfied. In addition to excellent communication skills, you must have a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
