Camping World is seeking a dynamic and results-driven RV Sales Associate to contribute to their success. As a Camping World Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills while providing exceptional customer service.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $180,000, consisting of commission and overtime variable pay. Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and more. Part-time associates are offered access to dental & vision coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
  • Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
  • Closely work with the F&I team to close sales effectively.
  • Follow up with customers using a no-pressure approach.

Essential Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years' experience in sales, preferably in the RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate industries.
  • Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license.
  • Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
  • A valid driver's license.
