We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Residential Program Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. As an Overnight Residential Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with mental illness and substance abuse challenges in one of our residential programs.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support and guidance to residents, including positive reinforcement, limit setting, and crisis intervention as necessary. You will also assist residents in achieving treatment goals outlined in their individual treatment plans and maintain a safe and clean environment within the residence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized service plans to enhance the functioning levels and quality of life of residents.
  • Monitor medication intake and ensure consumers have a clean, safe, and orderly environment within the residence.
  • Complete all required shift paperwork, including daily logs, goals, and Critical Incident Reports.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a passion for working with adults with mental health and substance abuse challenges.
  • Excellent writing, computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • A valid NYS driver's license with 3 years of driving experience is also required.
Salary and Benefits

This part-time position comes with a competitive hourly rate of $21.20 ($19.20 + $2 overnight differential), making it a great opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience while earning a good income.
