About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Naples Hotel Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing various components of construction projects, ensuring that each phase is completed efficiently and meets all required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Coordination: Communicate with design teams, coordinate between different types of designs, and ensure their drawings are coordinated.
  • Pre-Construction: Establish budget for project, order necessary supplies and equipment, and ensure contractor has proper insurance and permits.
  • During Construction: Regularly visit construction site, monitor progress, and visually inspect work quality. Act as liaison between Owner, Architect, General Contractor, and Local Jurisdiction to keep project on schedule.
  • FF&E: Work with procurement company to order all Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment for project, establish delivery timeline, and ensure all deliveries are inspected and inventoried.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, design coordination, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing hospitality or large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, civil, and interior design drawings.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, permitting, and local jurisdictional requirements.
