Position Overview:

Role Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s operations, advocating for the needs of students, and spearheading fundraising and strategic initiatives. This leadership role requires exceptional communication abilities and a solid background in nonprofit management.


Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary starting at $85,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, and holiday observances.


Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a strong familiarity with educational practices within the Catholic framework and a deep understanding of best practices in inclusive education. A proven history of achieving organizational objectives and driving impactful outcomes through program management, strategic fundraising, and effective leadership is essential.


A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master’s degree in fields such as Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Education, or Business Administration is preferred. Alternatively, candidates with 5-7 years of relevant experience in nonprofit leadership roles will also be considered.

Proficient in team management and motivation, skilled in delegating tasks and projects, and adept at recruiting and coordinating volunteers to fulfill the organization’s mission.

Self-motivated and proactive, able to work both independently and collaboratively to meet organizational goals.
