Chief Executive Group, a leading community for U.S. business leaders, seeks an experienced Chapter Director to lead the growth and development of our Kansas City chapter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering a strong community of financial leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Attend and lead programs, socials, and advisory board meetings to drive engagement and growth.
- Content Creation: Support the development of engaging chapter meetings and content that resonates with our audience of financial leaders.
- Business Development: Work with our central Marketing/Operations team to ensure promotions, events, and other activities meet key performance metrics.
- Membership Growth: Support membership renewal efforts and identify new members to drive growth and expansion.
- Sponsorship Development: Maintain and grow local chapter sponsors, driving renewals, new sponsor identification, and recruitment.
- Conference Support: Support and drive attendance to national conferences, ensuring a strong presence for our Kansas City chapter.
- A bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, or communications (or commensurate experience).
- 7+ years in management, customer service/client services, sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to be flexible and multitask.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to read a room and manage expectations.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and team player who is comfortable managing day-to-day business autonomously and making quick, sound decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
- Ability to travel to onsite chapter meetings approximately once a month.
