We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team at I-Travel Store located in the Atlanta Airport.

Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for maximizing sales and providing exceptional customer service by educating customers on Apple products and upholding company standards. This role requires effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Supervisors will work closely with the management team to achieve sales goals and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for coaching and counseling team members, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and staying updated on new products and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Education and Sales:
    • Educate guests on electronic devices, including Apple products, hardware, accessories, and their benefits to one's lifestyle.
    • Maintain a professional demeanor to close sales and upsell accessories and hardware.
    • Stay updated on new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
    • Understand customers' data/entertainment and communication needs and assist them in discovering how products meet those needs.
    • Interact with customers to provide prompt and courteous service and troubleshoot devices.
  • Sales Administration:
    • Handle all administrative aspects of sales, including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing completed orders.
    • Accurately and efficiently ring all items in the point-of-sale system as outlined in the Cash Register Policy.
    • Follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and special store loss prevention procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Coach and counsel team members following the company's Progressive Discipline Process.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management.
    • Assist other store employees in maintaining security and stock merchandise according to company standards.
    • Inform management of any out-of-stock situations.
  • Store Maintenance:
    • Maintain store cleanliness standards, including sweeping, dusting, and straightening merchandise on fixtures and displays.
    • Maintain a neat and organized appearance following company dress code guidelines.
    • Help maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain outstanding standards and solid product knowledge.
    • Maintain awareness of all promotions, advertisements, and business offerings within the stores.
  • Other Duties:
    • Perform other related duties as required.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is $22.50/hour plus sales commission and Management Quarterly Bonus eligibility.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment, with preference for experience in the wireless or computer industry.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess the ability and know-how to educate customers on high-tech devices in a low-tech manner.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures, including lifting.
  • Willingness to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
