About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Floor Associate to join our team at Gap Inc. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service, product knowledge, and a warm welcome to every customer who enters our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Utilize product knowledge to educate customers on our brand offerings and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
