Clinical Manager - Speech Language Pathology

A dynamic leader is sought to spearhead our pediatric home health therapy services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Supervise and mentor field therapists in clinical best practices, documentation, and communication
  • Educate non-clinicians, clients, and business partners on therapy evaluation, payer authorization, and treatment benefits
  • Conduct clinical evaluations, routine visits, and supervision of therapy assistants as assigned
  • Contribute to marketing, recruiting, and community outreach efforts
  • Collect and report data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in an accredited Therapy discipline
  • Current State License in good standing as a Therapist
  • Current Driver's License
  • CPR Certified
  • SLPs must have Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology
  • Minimum 3 years of pediatric experience as a licensed therapist and supervisory experience over a therapist assistant
  • Feeding Experience Preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric home health experience
