Job Overview

Levitt at the Falls is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Management Assistant to join our team for the summer concert season. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our free music series and outreach activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily setup and maintenance of the venue, including loading and unloading equipment, setting up tents, tables, and chairs, and restocking inventory items.
  • Support contracted vendors with orientation and setup as needed.
  • Assist with video and sound production for concerts, rentals, and outreach activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Driven, self-motivated, and hard-working individual with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the Levitt at the Falls mission of building community through music.

Levitt at the Falls is a non-profit local arts organization dedicated to building community through music.
