Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Studio Coordinator to join our team at Waxing the City. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients, ensuring their experience is exceptional from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct clients to the check-in kiosk, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Assist with client inquiries, educate clients about our services and products, and promote our membership program.
  • Manage the schedule, providing creative solutions to problems and maximizing the client experience.
  • Participate in community outreach events, promoting our brand and services.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to voicemails, and send appointment reminders.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness of the studio and maintain product shelves.

  • Excellent customer experience skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding.
  • Effective communication skills, including initiating and managing client conversations.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions.
