We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Financial Operations to join our team at Type One Energy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our financial strategy and operations to support the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing financial team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and improvement, including experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience with hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with strategic partnerships and collaboration.
  • Industry experience in the cleantech sector or adjacent energy markets is desirable.
