About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Insurance Development Specialist to join our team at Alchemy Financial Group. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our business by identifying new clients and selling insurance products accordingly.

The goal is to establish strong relationships with clients to ensure growth and maintain our firm's reputation. You will have the opportunity to own your book of business from day one, providing a sense of ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to sell insurance products to potential clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Customer Assistance: Gather details from customers to provide comprehensive assistance and support.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports for managers or supervisors on sales performance and client interactions.
  • Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any disputes in a professional manner.
  • Company Policies: Stay up-to-date with company services and policies, working within established guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • Motivation: A motivated individual with a drive to succeed.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Rapport Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and persuade individuals.
  • Education: High school diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field.
