Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist. As a member of our caregiving staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily activities, personal care, mobility assistance, meal planning, and companionship.

You will work closely with our experienced caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

  • Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
  • Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote comfort and well-being.
  • Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.
  • Manage household needs, including light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Provide companionship and respite services for the family, offering emotional support and social interaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a North Carolina Nurse Aide (NA I or NA II) certification and be entered in good standing on the State Nurse Aide registry. You should also have access to reliable transportation and a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
