CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Salesperson - B2B. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing 2,000 business clients while identifying new business opportunities through referrals and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
